Technologies frequently are actualized before the lawful time, I am not saying that the ones who did it should not be done, but from time to time key aspects of the technology, like user security, were not by then well developed, for example.
Then some technologies came above and we stopped using the technologies we were using, If you are under 30 years of age you might not know even that old technologies are showing there head up with modification in the actual concept.
Here a few examples of both:
Airships, used a lot on the first half of last century, but over passed by airplanes and accidents. They had a gas problem. But…they are planning a coming back Lockheed’s airship gets the green light.
Supersonic aircraft, if wasn’t for Air France incident and some needed improvements, they could be a lot used today. Imagine crossing the Atlantic in three hours. Why We Don’t Have an SST
VR – Virtual Reality, ok it is very known among the tech world, but unknown by the majority of the population, and for sure a big trend right know. Curious that just some years ago VR was this 1980´s invention pointed as a failure. VR evolved and now is doing a strong comeback.
