At that point in time, he’s also charging his mobile phone through a power bank.
However, the next morning, his mother was shocked to find him dead. The deceased’s mother, a 48-year-old nurse went into his room to wake him up at 7.00am but she found him dead in his bed. She tried to wake him up but there was no response. His distressed mother proceeded to lodge a police report at 8.10am on Friday. Source: Entertainment GH Authorities confirmed the incident and said, “As she did not get any response from her son, the mother used a spare key to unlock her son’s bedroom door. “She found him lying motionless on the bed. The victim had both earphones on and the earphones were connected to a mobile phone, which was plugged to a power bank.” While there have been no reports of the power bank exploding, the police stated that there were burn marks on the boy’s left shoulder, where the power bank was reportedly placed.
