Dec 13, 2017-The Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development (MoFALD) has directed the local level representatives to submit property details of fiscal year 2016/17 within a week.
The Ministry on Wednesday issued circular to the district coordination committees and local units as per the Corruption Act 2002 and Local Level Governance Act 2017 and directed the representatives to submit property details, said spokesperson Rudra Singh Tamang.
Though the Ministry on July 12 and November 10 had issued circular directing the local level representatives to submit the property details, only some representatives of 20 districts had submitted the property details.
The Ministry said that it would take action as per the law if the property details were not submitted within a week.
